soul purpose

Tony had other stuff to do, so wouldn't be able to make Soul Purpose practice. I wanted to grab lunch with Q and Nancy since I probably wouldn't be able to see them later in the week. We also wanted to give the kids one last week off before we really dive into drama again. Tony and I have a really tough schedule ahead of them, they might as well get all the rest they can.

We met briefly and I passed out the books. We talked briefly about the plans in the next few months, nothing in great detail. After Soul Purpose was over, Crystal came up to us and wanted to speak with Tony and myself. I was planning to go to lunch, but one of the members of my team is more important than my lunch. I offered to stay, but Tony insisted that I go out to lunch. Later, I found out that she was talking to Tony for over an hour. I wish I had stayed. It was my place as leader to be there and be involved with my team.
