Moving Up the List

there seems to be a bit of confusion w/ "the list". tier 2-4 are in alphabetical order. you would not be moving within these tiers, but up and down to other ones. tier 1, the only list not in alphabetical, you can move within it.

it's not so much, "being a better friend", its a mtter of how close you are to me. of course, there's nothing wrong w/ being in any of the lower tiers, considering its a privelege to know me at all ;) jk.
