Nance`s Party
After the mall, we went to Nance's place for dinner. Her mom prepared a lot of food just because. All the food was excellent, but the big winner of the night was the curry chicken. The chicken itself was okay, but the potatoes were amazing. They were so rich and full of that wonderful curry goodness.
Nance took us on a tour of her place. It was like a gallery tour where we saw all of Nance's different sorts of artwork. Some were oil, pencil, colored pencil, and others. A lot of her work was from her high school days, but she had a lot of talent, especially with colored pencil. She should definately keep up with it.
During dinner, we watched the Pirates/Jets game. Doug Bien needs to be fired for screwing up. If you're only job is to kick a stupid ball through some posts, and you miss both times, you suck. The first time was acceptable, because it was close. The second one was way off. You get paid too much money to fail. And then after the turn around, the Jets' defense just fell apart. The pirates were gaining down after down. Now, I don't know much about football, but I know that the Jets sucked. Not only did they give up the lead, they gave up the game too.
After the game, we watched Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.
The first time I saw the movie, I thought it was alright. There were funny parts, but a lot of it was just poorly acted and stupid. I don't know if it was because of the other people I was watching it with, or what, but this time, it was a lot better.
After the movie, we played some Up the River Down the River, Jimmy and I tied for first. Then we played Big2 with eight people. It wasn't so much about winning, as it was about not losing.
Good times. Too bad it had to end so early.
