Cubing Pays Off

I've started a huge fad. This past Sunday, I saw no fewer than 3 Rubik's cubes. And from the looks of it, some of these kids are pretty good. Too bad my average is 55 seconds. I'm still looking to break 50.

On the plus note, my cubing has finally paid off, literally. We were at Applebee's this past Friday. I was cubing at the table and the waiter sees me doing it. He mixes it up, I solve it, and just like that, we get free drinks. How hot is that?

It got to the point where half the restaurant was watching me solve the cube. It was all quite embarrassing.
