Tech Support Hell: Day 1
So I emailed Dell Tech support yesterday to try and figure out what was wrong with my laptop. Of course I was on hold in India for 30-40 minutes. I finally get through, and the guy tells me that the system sent me to the wrong department. Great. So he transfers me to the correct department only so I can continue my stay in tech support pergutory.
Luckily or unluckily, a call came in for my mom and my foray into tech support hell was cut short or long, however you want to look at it.
