Puddles

Worst commute ever. I just got in like 10 minutes ago. The rain caused so much flooding and traffic that I almost fell asleep in my car while driving. I frantically searched for a piece of gum to try and keep me awake. By the time I found the gum, I was pretty much awake.

Most of the traffic was caused by huge puddles of water. Some of my coworkers said it was so bad, that the water went over their hood. Another said it was so bad, it was up to his windows.

When we got in, I didn't think there would be any spots left in the deck, but we saw that the outdoor lot was practically empty, so I decided to give it a try. Low and behold, we got a parking spot on 2. My first time parking on that level.

Hopefully, it isn't this bad on the way home.
