unofficial boba nite meeting

After YG, I met up with Todd at Applebee's for an impromptu meeting about Boba Nite. It's so hard planning 2 different things at the same time. In a week, Arts Retreat is coming up, but there's not much we can do about that until we get all the permission slips in.

In light of all the planning that we're doing now, we decided to change some things up for the future. We're going to move Arts Retreat to Labor Day weekend and use this time next year to more fully prepare for Boba Nite [3].

It was a good meeting, we were able to hammer out a lot of issuese with Boba Nite [Redux]. The main difference this year from last is that we will be doing 2 performances on 2 different nights. This offers us new opportunities, as well as other challenges. Which one do we focus on? Which one will be the "stronger" performance? Those decisions haven't been made yet and can still be hammered out in the coming weeks.

Surprisingly, the meeting took about 2 hours to finish.

I need to start carrying my laptop everywhere. There's too many of these situations where I wish I had it.
