iPod s Dirty Little Secret

andrew just sent me this. and no matter how much i like the ipod, this little "ad", if you will, really discourages me from getting one.

it's really terrible that the battery in an ipod only lasts about 18 months before it dies. and at 250$ usd to replace it, you're better off getting a new one entirely. no matter how many third party tools there are, you should stand by your product, no matter how shoddy it is.

and then i look at my trusty iriver and realize that i really don't need an ipod. i really just want the sexiness and all the girls the ipod will attract.
