m
I just got off the phone with m. She was pretty discouraged by her current company and everything that's been going on with her career.
I gave her some encouragement. Basically told her that she was worth more than that. That she should stand up for herself and believe that she is not just a commodity, but she is a person and should not be treated otherwise.
Granted, she doesn't like the company, and doesn't really want to work there, but it's a means to an end. Since the job market is so tight, she doesn't really have many other options.
I spent about 15 minutes encouraging her and cheering her up. She had a long day ahead of her and she needed to wake up early to drive to work, so she went to bed.
